Bacardi

Meet Bacardi, affectionately known as Pawlee or our little baby dog! This sweet 6-year-old Boston Terrier has had quite the journey and is ready for her forever home. Previously, she lived with five other dogs, including three Frenchies and three Bostons, all of whom have been safely rehomed with the help of our rescue.

Bacardi is the epitome of sweetness and longs for a loving home where she can be showered with affection. When she came to us, we discovered that what we thought was a large mammary gland was actually her infected uterus, a condition known as pyometra. The medical costs for her treatment exceeded $4000, but her resilience and loving nature shine through.

Bacardi just wants to sit on your lap and gaze up at you with her big, bulging eyes, soaking in all the love she can get. Her ideal home would be with a retired couple who can provide her with the gentle care and attention she deserves. She has experienced some traumatic events in her life, and it’s clear that she craves a safe and loving environment.
