Snowflake Meadows is a small, volunteer-run rescue that operates out of a private home. Space is extremely limited, and we receive a high volume of surrender requests.

 

To help us determine availability and ensure we can meet your animal’s needs, please provide as much detail as possible in the form.

 

 

🐶 What We Can Accept

 

• Dogs of any breed, size, or age

• Dogs from Haliburton County and surrounding regions

⏳ Wait Times & Availability

 

Placement is not guaranteed.

Wait times depend on:

• Current kennel and foster capacity

• Behavioural or medical needs

• Urgency of the situation

 

We will contact you as soon as space becomes available or if additional information is required.

Once in our care, your dog will receive:

 

• A safe, loving environment

• Veterinary care (vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter if needed)

• Behaviour assessment

• Placement in an appropriate foster or adoptive home
